Cancellations can be made up to 12 hours before the appointment time, with no fee charged. Reflexions reserves the right to charge the client for appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours notice or for not attending and notifying Reflexions.

Health insurance rebates do not currently cover reflexology treatments and Reflexions does not have coverage. However, I offer a small discount to clients who are retired, students or not employed.

When booking in for a treatment, Reflexions recommends you always check that the qualifications of the person giving the treatment matches your requirements.
It’s best to leave eight weeks between the scar forming from injury or surgery and your first scar tissue release therapy – provided it has healed.
