In a first for Tasmania, Tiziana has completed studies in Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD), offering help for people suffering with the effects of lymphoedema.  RLD is an award-winning technique which stimulates the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. It operates in a similar way to Manual Lymphatic Drainage, but is applied to the feet or hands. For this reason, it is also helpful for people with edema and a wide range autoimmune conditions.  Please note it is not suitable for some people with heart or kidney issues.
