Reflexology is a wonderfully healing, gentle and deeply grounding treatment. By applying gentle pressure to the feet, hands or face, deep relaxation is achieved and the body’s natural healing processes are triggered. The whole body, including organs and glands are considered to be mapped on the feet and benefits include deep relaxation and healing.
Reflexology is greatly beneficial for stress, anxiety and exhaustion and is a wonderfully supportive treatment for people suffering physical, mental or emotional pain. It is also ideal for pregnant women and clients who prefer to stay clothed or do not enjoy massage. 60 minute treatments are recommended for reflexology.
Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) offers people with Lymphoedema, edema and autoimmune conditions with an alternative to Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Applied through the feet, RLD helps move lymphatic fluid, creating greater ease in affected areas.
Reflexology treatments are tailored for each client, and focus options include reflexology to help support stress, gut, the respiratory system, the immune system and a newly developed energiser treatment.

A trained Remedial Massage Therapist, Tiziana uses a select range of techniques to help remedy any soft tissue tightness or pain. She specialises in using energetic trigger pointing - a gentle and effective approach which is suitable for muscular pain. Clients seeking a traditional remedial treatment or massage can be referred to other practitioners.

Whether caused by surgery or injury, scars leave more than a mark; they often lead to pain, congestion, unpleasant sensations or numbness, to name a few consequences. Using the internationally-recognised McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release (MSTR) therapy, symptoms may be reduced or removed by remodelling the damaged tissue lying beneath a scar.
Any scar can be treated, including those arising from a C-section, hysterectomy or mastectomy, amputations, burns, knife or bullet wounds or self harm. In some cases, hard to treat aches and pains in the body can be treated through a scar found elsewhere on the body.
This is a gentle technique with improvements often observed from the first or second session. The number of treatments needed vary, but results are typically achieved in two to six treatments. MSTR is not always suitable and should be avoided if there is surgical mesh beneath the scar or for some people with cancer. Scars need to be more than six weeks old and fully healed.
